Everywhere you go, it seems as if there is nothing for a man on Valentines Day. The fact of the matter is that the perfect gift for him is probably looking right at you. Guys usually do not expect much on Valentines Day, but if you go the extra mile for him, you can really surprise him. Gifts such as gadgets and hobby oriented equipment like tents, fishing gear, and GPS systems are a big hit with the guys. Here are a few more ideas that can help you whether or not you have a large pocketbook.

Save Him from some Tickets

Does your husband, fiancé, or boyfriend have a lead foot? Let’s face it, most guys think they are still playing football even when they are on the interstate. They find an opening and run for it. Well, you may not have realized it yet, but a radar detector will actually help your man slow down a bit. Once a guy gets a general idea of actually how many cops are gunning for him, he will slow down every time he knows there is one in the area. Eventually, he will just drive the speed limit the majority of the time. The gift of a radar detector will not only show him that you are trying to help him not get another ticket, but it will also help slow him down a bit.

Treat Him with Lingerie

Looking for a sure fire way to spark things on Valentines Day? It may seem over-done, but wearing some lingerie that appeals to his interests can be a big hit. The good news is, that you can find high quality lingerie for all shapes and sizes, for much less than you may think. Check out the Valentines Day Help store and see how much of a selection is available. We have lingerie for the wild, the conservative, and they are all available in numerous sizes.

Bring Out the Outdoorsman

Whether he hunts, fishes, or just enjoys camping, chances are that he could benefit from some new gear. Some things you may be hesitant to purchase, but there are a few obvious pieces of equipment that usually need replacing. How is his sleeping bag? Does his tent have holes in it? Maybe he is into golf and would like a new Nike driver? What ever the case may be, the idea here is to replace and upgrade. Get him something that will serve the same purpose and is brand new. This will save you from asking him a thousand questions and giving away your gift idea as well.

Give Him Directions

This is not an easy task. Guys do not like to hear that they may be lost or even feel as if you think that they are lost. If you want to give him accurate directions and still manage to not have to ask him to stop at a gas station, then a GPS Navigation System may be the answer. These devices have come down in price considerably and now you can even grab a good Garmin Navigation system for under $200. One thing to remember when buying a gadget for a guy is to not buy a generic version. Get him something reliable especially when it comes to something that will be leading you guys from point A to B.

Whether you are married, engaged, or dating, the Valentines Day Help Store can offer you the lowest price on what you are searching for as well as free shipping in most cases. We also offer gift suggestions and ideas as well for those who are struggling attempting to find the perfect valentine day gift for him.

I want to get my ex bf a birthday gift. We are still really great friends, so its not weird. And its even less weird because its looking like we’re gonna get back together.

What should I get him. I want to get him something that says friend despite the fact we might be getting back together,

But I will not get him a girt card or clothes. And I got him cologne for valentines day so thats out too.

He’ll be 18 yrs old

Lawmakers’ limit on lobbyist gifts excludes food Nobody goes hungry at the state Legislature. Even with a budget crisis and more than 1,000 bills to deal with, lawmakers find plenty of time and room for the free food provided daily by lobbyists. Read more on The Arizona Republic

We’ve stopped our gift exchange on my in law’s side of the family but everyone still gives my Mother and Father in law a gift. The problem is we don’t have much to spend this year and I cannot stand shopping for these people anyway. Not that I don’t like them I just have completely different taste than them when it comes to everything.
Last year I decided to give them one of those photo calendars that I made on snapfish with various pictures of all of the different family members. It seemed appreciated at the time but I’ve noticed it sitting under a pile of papers in the kitchen ever since. Not exactly what I was going for.
I guess I’m just really tired of spending money on dumb knick knack type stuff or clothing or something like that that never really gets used because either it’s not their taste or they just have too much of it. We’ve also given gift certificates but they just don’t seem very personal to me.
I’m at a loss as to what to give. This year we’re really having to cut down our spending as we have our third child on the way so we really don’t want to spend more than fifty dollars and less would be great.
Any ideas?
I know them very very well, they are just very different from me so it makes it hard to shop for them. In my family it’s more “the thought that counts”. Let’s just say that’s not so in his family. If I were to say give to charity in their name I can’t even imagine what they’d say behind my back. Maybe that paints a clearer picture of what I’m dealing with.

So that makes it hard for me when it comes time for gift giving. I am only looking to spend $150 or less, so it can’t be anything terribly expensive. I don’t want to do shirts, calogne, or jewelry. I seem to always be giving that and it is getting kind of old after five years. I need something new that any man would love to have!! More than one idea would be great because Christmas is just right around the corner as well. Thanks!

The winter holidays are coming and you already have a long list for Christmas. No, it’s not the list of presents that you would like to receive, although that is probably a long one too. It’s the list of persons – friends and family – that you should buy presents for. Besides from a hole in your budget, these presents also cause you a considerable amount of stress, don’t they? What should you buy your mother/boyfriend/sister/friend/boss for Christmas this year? It’s difficult to choose a present that is original, useful and not very expensive in the same time. You sometimes wish you were Santa Clause and had a list with the presents everyone wants for Christmas – at least this way you would be sure that you can’t be wrong.

There are no universal gift ideas for everyone, as each present must fit the person that it’s meant for. If you need to buy your boss a present, forget about funny presents or personal stuff – he probably won’t be very happy if you get him a huge Teddy bear or a pair of socks. If you want to get that promotion you dream about, limit yourself to serious gift ideas, such as CDs, pens, office stuff, watches, paintings, books or even a nice tie. Another suggestion is to avoid extravagant and extremely expensive presents – it might look like bribery. It’s the same thing with business partners, clients or other persons you do business with. If you don’t know them very well and your relationship is strictly professional, it would be inappropriate to buy them personal stuff as a present.

On the contrary, when we buy presents for close friends and family, there are no restrictions. Original gift ideas are preferred – use your imagination and don’t buy your parents the same things you have bought them every year. Everyone appreciates surprises. If you are talented, you can make them something yourself instead of buying things. A little painting you have painted yourself (if you have the talent), a CD you have recorded with that person’s favorite songs or a hand-knit pullover are excellent gift ideas. By the way, hand-knit pullovers are cool; it doesn’t mean you are turning into your grandma!

After you have found a suitable present for everyone, don’t forget to take care of yourself. Yes, you deserve a present too. Most shops have special offers for the holidays, so you can buy beautiful womens clothing at discount prices. You want to look fabulous at the Christmas or New Year party, don’t you? Then you definitely need some new fashionable womens clothing. It doesn’t have to be an expensive outfit; if you have good taste and a little knowledge of the latest trends, you will look great at the New Year’s party without spending a fortune.

It is very annoying to shop at this time of the year because the shops and malls are full of people looking for last minute Christmas and New Year presents. In order to avoid the crowd and frustrating long queues, you can try online shopping mall. Many online shops offer incredible discounts at womens clothing and other items. If you have no time to wander in the crowded mall looking for Christmas presents, the online shops come with interesting gift ideas. You can save both time and money by having your order delivered directly to your door. Not to mention that in the online shop you will find womens clothing and other products that are not available in ordinary stores. It’s much easier to buy Christmas presents when you are shopping online. Does Santa Clause have an Internet account?

My husband is a wonderful man, great dad, cooks, cleans, etc. but can’t get Christmas presents right even when he is handed a list that details items, stores, etc….I tried being less specific in the past but the results were WORSE! Love him but am going crazy….next option is buy everything myself FOR myself and letting him wrap it but then he will probably lose something before he wraps it! Good guy but hopeless in this one area…..appreciate suggestions and also appreciate letting me vent!! ( I am talking about 3-4 non expensive items lest you think I give him 20 things that are expensive)
Of course it’s not about the gift, it’s just that I had something specific (sentimental and inexpensive) I had asked for…there was a story behind it, it involved our son. I’m mostly over it…..just venting…….thanks for the insights. By no means is this unforgivable, I’m just looking for tips. I understand the comment about not giving specific items and making it about objects, but one year I didn’t ask for anything and I got nothing….not even a card. appreciate the input!
