What’s a great gift for someone moving to Orlando?

A co-worker everyone loves and has worked with us for 7 years is moving to Orlando. We need a great goodbye gift (but not horribly expensive — $100 or less). Any ideas?

BTW, we all already live in a very hot, hurricane prone area, lol!!!!
